Skating Session Info & Prices

This year for your skating enjoyment we have a bigger rink.

Skating sessions are 45 minutes on the ice, plus we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before your session to get ready to take to the ice! The price includes skate hire. After skating you can enjoy our Café Bar at your leisure.



16 years & over



65+ (photo ID), Student (NUS card), Jobseekers (proof of eligibility)



13 - 15 years old


Family Skate Ticket

2 Adult + 2 Children OR 1 Adult + 3 Children



3 – 12 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult who is skating

Which Session is Best for You?

9.00am & 10.00am: New this year. Saturday & Sunday only; daily from 18th December.  We’ve introduced two early morning sessions, which we recommend for novice skaters and young children. The sessions are open to all ages and great for beginners.


11.00am – 7.00pm: All ages & skill levels


8.00pm & 9.00pm: Evening Sessions (Please note – there will be no skate aids available)

Skate Aids

We have a limited number of Penguin Skate Aids available during each session, priced at £5.00. These are available to book on a first come, first served basis and can be booked at the Skate Exchange counter. Unfortunately skate aids cannot be booked in advance.

From Monday 18th December, we are open from 9.00am 7 days a week
